Guest: Guernsey Water.

The Environmental Pollution (Water Pollution) Ordinance, 2022 came into effect on 28th November 2022.

This provided the Office of Environmental Health and Pollution Regulation the ability to take action where there is a risk or occurrence of water pollution.

Within the Ordinance there is the provision for some potentially polluting activities to be carried out in accordance with some set requirements to mitigate this risk.

The presentation will outline relevant activities to the construction industry and what measures can help to reduce the impact of water pollution.
